How do I place an order?
You can place your order in our Boutique online by clicking here or call us on 0207 060 4644 to discuss your requirements, and order your items. We accept the majority of all major debit and credit cards.
I would like a bespoke piece(s) of jewellery designed for me
Please contact us to discuss your requirements and Jette Cowan our head designer will liase with you from concept design and stone choice to finished product.
Can I place an order outside of the UK?
Yes you can. We are very happy to ship overseas and we will confirm the delivery charges which apply to your country, once we have your order confirmed. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact us about delivery costs prior to ordering your jewellery. Call us on 0207 060 4644 or click here to contact us online.
How is your jewellery packaged?
Our jewellery is packed in luxury gift boxes with a satin ribbon, and if required extra wrapping will be applied for multiple items. We also ship your order in padded envelopes for added protection.
I am ordering from abroad - do I have to pay import taxes?
If you are ordering within the EU our UK taxes apply and are already included in our prices. If ordering outside of the EU local taxes may apply.
Can I check the status of my order?
Your order will be confirmed on receipt of payment and we will then further notify you once it has been shipped with a tracking number. Please feel to contact us with any other queries related to your order.
I would like to retrun my jewellery.
The way the jewellery is presented on our website means that very few customers need to send their jewellery back. However, if you do need to return an item, please contact us on the form below, or by phone at 0207 060 4644 to notify us of your reason for the return, and whether you would like a replacement or a refund. You will need to post the jewellery back to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery to Pall Mall

My jewellery is faulty or broken on arrival
Nordic Gems pride ourselves on selling fine jewellery of the highest quality. On receipt of your order please check it is in perfect condition on arrival. In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged during shipping please click here to contact us.
