Free UK deliveries
All of our deliveries within the UK are free of charge subject to a minimum order of £75 being placed with us - the delivery discount will be confirmed at time of order.
For orders below £75 a £10 delivery charge for Royal Mail signed for Special Delivery will apply.
Our delivery is subject to stock availability and we aim to deliver within 2/3 working days if in stock.
For bespoke designed jewellery we work on average between 10 and 14 working days, however we will advise once your order has been confimed as to likely timeframes for delivery to you.
To avoid disappointment all of our deliveries require a signature on delivery acceptance.
Alternative delivery address
You might prefer us to deliver to your place of work or to a relatives address. This is not a problem, but we may need to contact you for extra security to ensure that your purchase arrives safely.
Times of our deliveries
We aim to deliver all UK orders within 24 hours of dispatch date - however, we may advise you of additional timescales at seasonal times of the year, such as Bank Holidays, Easter and Christmas periods.
Customer protection
Our clients secutity is paramount to us and in order to protect our clients some orders may be subjected to additional security checks, where we may contact you.
